  Terrible. Food is good, sevice fast but upstairs seating is almost never open and there is a god awful manager in there.
  
  I dont understand why you would have a 24hr mcdonalds and have half its seating shut most of the time! Me and my friends went in last night and there were 2 tables available but they were the high up ones that we hate and we wanted a proper table to sit at so we could face one another and talk. So we asked if we could go upstairs and was told it was shut. There was a huge queue of people as well so god knows where they were all going to sit. Ridiculous! We left.
  
  And a while a go myself and some friends were in there for a late night meal and there was a young employee walking around with a ice cream asking all the tables if they had ordered it as no one came to collect it. After he asked every table he took it back and left it on the side. Shortly after the manager walked out and asked who left it there and the young man said "I did" to which he shouted at him to ask all the tables again and then proceeded to yell "It's like working with fu**ing re*ards!"... It was an appalling way to speak to someone and all the staff looked sheepish so I doubt it was the first time he had been so rude! My only regret is not saying anything. We were all so shocked that someome could use such disgusting language. The atmosphere was very tense so we ate our meals and left as quickly as possible!
  
  We still use it very occasionally as more convenient but try to make the trek to different restaurants as can never walk in there without thinking of that awful Manager!
  
  Would avoid if I was you!
